Fresh Video: My Chemical Romance Perform “Skylines and Turnstiles” for 9/11 Anniversary

Last night, My Chemical Romance performed a special acoustic version of “Skylines and Turnstiles” in Detroit, Michigan. The song, which is found on the group’s debut record I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love, was the first written by the band and was inspired from vocalist Gerard Way’s eye witness account of the World Trade Center towers collapsing. The song had not been performed in the last seven years.

Fresh Video: Matt Beilis Covers “Someone Like You”

I had the absolute privilege of catching New York native Matt Beilis‘ set  when he opened on  Secondhand Serenade’s recent acoustic tour. I spent the entire time completely awestruck by his flawless vocals, heartfelt lyrics and energetic playing. On top of that, he was super nice, very humble and gracious. Check out Matt’s brilliant cover of “Someone Like You” below (which is much better than Adele, in my opinion). You’ll definitely find yourself asking, “Why isn’t this guy famous already?”
